IAS Management Services consists of seven directors who have all had extensive careers in Agribusiness.

Ron Lakin - Managing Director Techvet Animal Health

30 years involvement with marketing in Agibusiness for Elanco Animal Health. During this time he was a pork producer for 15 years with 2 years as President of the Queensland Pork Producers Organisation.

Dr Alan King – Director (Events ,R&D, and International Business)

Founder and former Managing Director and Chairman of Hyfarm and remains a shareholder and Director. Former Director of the Australasian Pig Institute at University of Queensland . Recently completed an international consultancy with China Foods as Technical Manager of their 15,000 sow unit in Eastern China . Maintains a strong Agribusiness connection with Papua New Guinea .

Dr Kit Parke – Director (QA, Production and Health Consultancy)

Many years involvement in the pig industry as a Private Veterinarian and previously as a veterinarian for Elanco Animal Health and the Queensland Department of Primary Industries servicing a broad range of animal industries.

Dr Greg Marr – Managing Director

Veterinarian with 26 years experience in production animal medicine. Director of Gjadick Pork Pty Ltd a 500 sow multisite pig production operation. Former Director of Queensland Pork Producers Inc., Vice Chairman Biosecurity Advisory Council of Qld, Chairman Queensland Tick Management Committee. Currently an Accredited Veterinarian under the Accreditation Program for Australian Veterinarians, producer delegate to Australian Pork Ltd and member of the Australian Veterinary Reserve.

John Riley – Director (Business, Nutrition and Environment Consultancy)

John’s clients include producers, commercial companies, research bodies and government departments. He is a delegate to APL. Prior to settling in Queensland in 1992 he worked for ADAS, the UK government's fee for service consult ancy arm, holding a number of positions including National Pig Specialist and Chief Pig Livestock Adviser. He served on a number of UK and EC working parties including the position of technical adviser to the Farm Animal Welfare Council (FAWC). He has experience of pig production in Europe , USA , Canada and South Africa . A regular speaker at conferences and seminars he is the author of 30+ scientific papers.

Dr Kevin Sullivan – Director (R&D, Production and Health Consultancy)

Veterinarian to the large corporate producers in both the pig and feedlot industries, and has also been involved in the development of new projects, the latest with Nippon Meats who are developing a large pig production complex at Dalby.

Rick Humphreys – Director (Training , WH&S , HRM)

Rick Humphreys has over 25 years experience working with Primary Industry. He has worked for the Queensland DPI and as a Business Consult ant and Accredited Trainer. For the last 7 years Rick has successfully provided Human Resources solutions for 30 different businesses with excellent results.
